Psychotic Disorders seem Distant; there not:  “Is this person out of their mind”, “What are they thinking”, “I just don’t get her, and she must be crazy.”  These comments are very common when describing someone experiencing psychotic symptoms.  It is now time for us all to take a stand in understanding what these symptoms are, how these symptoms relate to illness are and how to deal with someone that experiences these symptoms.  Not only will you become more aware, you will find a way to open your minds to individuals that have these symptoms, you never know you may one day, so may I.
